Help me decorate my room!?

I really want to decorate my room in a theme. I am a 16 years old, and my room is about 9x9 "and is currently painted orange. I have white ikea furniture, bed linen and a striped blue, green and purple. I really want to put a wall mural, and I was thinking maybe a zebra theme, surf / beach theme, or simply open an issue (I saw a wall mural of beautiful sunflower.) I need ideas unpainted or painting, new quilt, or the same, and I could paint the furniture. Also with a very small budget. I like bright colors and look at black and white. I have tons of ideas, but I really do not know how to put together everything would be fine. HELP!
