Life is a beach: How to enjoy every moment of your holiday in the sun

Beachware

  • First things first, make sure you feel comfortable in a bathing suit so you do not feel the need to hide under their umbrella all day. If wearing a cover-up makes you feel more comfortable, find one that matches your bathing suit and allows for a lot of movement.
  • colored clothing made of breathable fabric white is a good choice because it will help protect you from the rays of the sun, but will not keep you very warm as you are out in the sun.
  • beach hats are back in style and not only give you the sophisticated look you want, but will help protect your face from the sun's harmful rays.
  • Always wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun - the eyelids and the eyes are very sensitive to the sun.

Skin Protection

  • The sun is most intense between 10 am and 3 pm, so if I can help it, try to limit your sun exposure during these hours
  • Be sure to apply a generous amount of sunscreen (SPF 15) for at least 15-30 minutes before exposure to the Sun Make sure to reapply if you go swimming or are outside for an extended period of time. Click here Vote for Consumer Top Ten Sunscreens
  • Clouds can be misleading, be sure to lather up the sunscreen, even if the full sun, especially if you're going to be away for a long period of time.
  • Keep babies and toddlers out of the sun as possible. (Sunscreen is not approved for infants under six months as their skin can burn in minutes) Limit exposure to sun burns his son serious when they are young can increase your chances of getting melanoma later in life.
  • Make sure use a lip balm with SPF as our lips can often forget that we are trying to protect our skin.
  • Always treat setting the area of beach near the shadow built ... if an umbrella or a group of trees, the sun is most intense on the beach, where its rays are magnified by the water and sand.

What to eat before hittin 'the beach

  • Avoid salty foods, as it will make your body retain more water.
  • Always go lighter options (ie a salad with vinaigrette instead of a Caesar salad, fruit and yogurt instead of steamed vegetables, water instead of a specialty drink, gazpacho instead of chili, salmon instead of a hot dog).
  • If you need a little extra to get your day started, try a supplement of energy and href = "http://www.zantrex3.com"> Zantrex energy pill to give you added energy to enjoy a beach day and full of emotion.

Best Beach Games: Although adults may be completely despise reading his book on the beach all day, children easily bored and want to play. The following are some games that seem to be always a hit at our house.

  • Pebble Beach, making 10 pins to fill a cup with most sand (and a little water to help keep its shape) and then turn around to make the triangle bowling. Draw a line in the sand about 6 feet away from the pins and take turns to throw the ball in an attempt to avoid damaging the pins more. Keep track of how many you knock.
  • Arena tic-tac-toe, make a grid of 3x3 squares in the sand and wood chips to make use of the X's and O's. You can even draw sized places and people Standing on the markers
  • -Make a hopscotch hopscotch intricate and shells used as markers
  • Darts drawing a target on their use sand and shells, sea glass, driftwood, etc. as markers. Take turns pulling the markers and maintenance results in the sand.
