"Being-power Mabel" - Tips and things ...

Well, here we are just a few weeks after the Christmas celebrations and already they seem in the distant past and all they have left are happy memories (I hope), a few pounds heavier and lots and lots of sterling pounds lighter. But no matter, this is the time of year when we forget about the gray skies outside, turn to the tempting holiday brochures and picture ourselves lying on that beach in sunny Bahamas. . . Well, we can all dream can not we? Personally, I have a goal ahead as I always think that February is the dullest months of the year in which nothing is actually happening (apart from developing what I call the 'February face') and to delegate this month as the opportune time to complete all work I've been putting off over the past year and getting the house and finances in some sort of order, which is expected to displace some of the extra Christmas pounds. . . , and return for the February face 'how about a mixture of some self-tanning lotion drops / cream in the usual face cream and in a few hours you will a healthy glow. Tell your friends (like the song) "My, that look good," and if you hear the phrase often enough you begin to feel well. Do not believe me? Try it! Now, as we age the two main things in our minds are health and money. Health, we will try at a later date, but in the meantime, as they say "keep taking the pills and I mean for example. a good multi-vitamin and mineral, extra Vitamin C during these winter months Omega 3 (pure fish oils), perhaps Echinacea to boost the immune system, glucosamine and chondroitin to help the joints, and Ginkgo Biloba to help circulation, andMoney, so it is time to remember that if you have savings and the tax collector to remove 10% or 20% of interest, do not forget (If you have not already used this year's ISA allowance) that you can put £ 3,000 out of the reach of the taxman by investing in a cash mini-ISA. It is important to remember that Premium ISA tax-free years should be used before the end of this fiscal year, which is the April 5, 2005. So there are only a few weeks, and as said said "If you do not use it, lose it! So, even thinking about the money (or lack of it) why do not we get together and pool our ideas? Let's get the big ideas that will cost us a penny. Now, I'll start with something that we all have a lot of ladies
"Panty old... And, why we with a lot of them instead of throwing them away?. . . Because when we hitch them in the drawer and think they are going to do to wear under pants or at home. O However, when we buy the same tone (as savers among us always do), just cut the damaged leg and so acquire a new pair with the advantage added a double thickness across the botty "for the winter. However, there comes a time when half of one leg to death, so please, suggestions on what we do with them? ? Now before you say "put them in the head and rob a bank to pay the Council tax" (although we all understand the feeling), this is not is exactly what we had in mind, and to begin, I'll throw some ideas "in the pot ', under a couple of suggested headings to get the brain working. We'll add more headings as your ideas come rolling! Garden: Do not bother to buy gardening wire, plastic ties, etc. for tying back your plants, just use old socks / stockings and I promise I will never return. You can cut into strips stockings for tender plants, branches or make use of the average total or tight leg for tying back shrubs. | They can not be won by force and not rot like garden string, but more importantly, although the material acts as a firm support, which "gives" so as not to cut into the plant, and is almost invisible among the branches and flowers. We even have a use for the foot (not wasted nothing) as tied to the end of fall, as it enters the butt of rainwater collects all the leaves and debris before they have a chance to foul the water, and when the foot is full can only remove the tube and deposit the contents onto the compost pile or put everything in the trash. The thick part of the set can be used as filler to stop branches rubbing and becoming sick. I also find very good means to wrap a large Cordyline umbrella shape before covering with winter protection, as they have long, pointed leaves gently but firmly. (As you probably know, if the winter rain accumulates on the inside of the Cordyline and freezes, then unfortunately, it is Cordyline goodbye, it's a shame because it is a beautiful architectural plant). Garage / Unit: Sox are also very useful for storing of the garden bulbs, onions, apples, old carrier bags, etc. Hang up in the garage or shed and just take from the bottom and cover with peg. In addition, good for straining lumps / skin from old paint, or place on the mold before replacing lid - it makes a good seal and the lid can be removed easily. Useful for painting - media cover the open top with a tight time for a break for your brush and any excess paint drips back into the can. . . . . and so on. . . . . I know that our brains feel like they are in hibernation this cold, but hopefully this has started ticking over and really look forward to hearing your ideas bright. Therefore, do not throw away all the old socks when you are clear exit its source -
Wait for all the good ideas FORTHCOMING. . . Speaking of spring cleaning, I just remembered another tip, avoid the dirty job of extracting cobwebs etc from your August duster after dusting ceilings, lamp shades, etc., just put the stick duster inside an old shell and then set off the tight (the webs are then within the restricted) and deposit in bin.I ll 'out of this happy note - the next time your average ladder, you will not feel so upset - he has not lost a tight, you've won a helpful friend!
