Is there anything we can do nothing but chairs?

I am planning a June 10 "wedding ceremony on the beach. The cheapest I've found to rent white wooden folding chairs is $ 2.60 a chair. We are expecting 100-120 guests so they would be almost $ 400 for an hour using these chairs. The Reception is in a different place where the seats are designed so they would not be needed for long. Is there anything else we can use? I have seen a Once they were covered with hay bails and are used as seats guests. But I doubt that we will take 50 bales of hay to the beach or what they really want. Any suggestions? I thought maybe straw beach mats, but I prefer not having the guests seated on the floor. Please help!
