Sun Protection: 3 things to take their summer holidays

Sun Protection: 3 THINGS TO TAKE

ON their summer vacation

Packing for a trip is always exciting. You're not quite where we go, but close enough where you know your soon to be a reality.

So take all the fun things first. Think of the time. It is likely to warm if not hot. But it could, cloudy.

Anyway, even if you forget everything else, the three things you need no matter what:

  1. A comprehensive sunscreen. But what does it mean?

Ans. It means that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Not

used to be this way. Not long ago, most companies was

protect against UVB, UVA, but that can go deeper

and put more at risk of skin cancer than UVB.

  1. A hat. You mean a baseball cap? Or a visor?

Ans. None. A viewer does not protect the top of the head and many

skin cancer start at the top of the head. A baseball cap does not cover

side of the face or neck.

The key is to get a UV hat, which means simply that it is blocked

these rays. But that does not mean we forget the sunscreen.

Are still needed in the face, nose, ears, neck and upper part of

head case it decides to remove his hat for a few minutes.

  1. Shadow. You mean you must sit under a tree?

Response. If you can sit under a tree for all your summer activities,

that could be the right answer. But most of us are not going to

do that.

There are two options here. (1) Sun protection with clothing

hood, or (2) An umbrella UV. They are usually not big and clunky

like a rain umbrella that will cover your head

their shoulders.

All these methods are good, but fullproof none.

Always bear in mind that the sun's rays reflect up concrete, snow and water.

Is it worth worthwhile? You decide.

ROSE LYNN lost her husband, Jerry, skin cancer. Its mission is to educate others about the harmful rays the sun, and design and

attractive manufacturing UV UV hats and umbrellas. His umbrella have

has been in the hands of the actress, Cate Blanchett, and also in LA
