Is it okay to use sunscreen in it for adults and children?

No matter where you live or travel, sun exposure is part of his life. Medical studies show that too much sun can be dangerous, even fatal. Children are more susceptible than adults to the unhealthy effects of sun too. How You can protect your family? Can your kids use sunscreen that you use?

The simple answer to the question is "yes" - with some special patterns.

* Chemical Exposure

Recent evidence from adults in various countries have shown high concentrations of many chemicals in your bloodstream. Several of these chemicals are known carcinogens. It is absolutely necessary to reduce exposure to chemicals from our children.

* No chemical sun protection

Although strictly speaking, titanium dioxide and preparations zinc oxide sunscreens are really, manufacturers often use the terms "sunblock" and "sun protection" interchangeably. As a consumer, you should read labels to ensure you get what you pay.

Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide products provide a free sun chemical way to protect their children. Today, there are easy to apply lotions and creams. Children do not have to look like ghosts on the beach because their skin has been protected by a sunscreen with zinc oxide. Added bonus: these chemical products are less likely to cause skin irritations or allergic reactions - and begin to work immediately (no waiting period required).

* Start at birth and continue

Babies have the skin extremely sensitive. Sun protection should begin at birth and continue throughout the life of his son. Every time you go outdoors, ensure that the majority of skin baby is covered. Use bell stroller, umbrellas, blankets, towels or clothing for the shadow. Exposed areas should always be protected by a good UVA / UVB blocking sunscreen with an SPF of 15-30. Avoid the outdoors during the hours of peak sun concentration - between 10 am and 2 pm

* Cancer the skin is only one problem

Skin cancer is a well-known result of too much sun exposure. However, many other conditions result to absorb the sun. Aging skin and wrinkles are the least of the undesirable side effects. Some people develop actinic keratosis - a skin condition ugly with high red that may precede skin cancer. (Search 'Google Images' for 'actinic keratosis' to see what this condition is looks horrible like.)

The hearing may be damaged, resulting in cataracts or other eye conditions. An immune system may be compromised, which culminated in a shower constant colds, flu and other viral or bacterial infections of the body.

* Increases Water Sol

Not only does water dilute sunscreen or wash the body, acts as a magnifying glass on the surface of the skin. Swimming can be fun - but the sun skimming the waves and again in the eye may cause problems temporary or permanent vision. When you're on the beach, insist their children wear sunglasses, sun hats, beach cover-ups. If it is too hot for cover-ups, make sure that every inch of skin is protected by sunscreen - and reapply frequently (especially when they leave the water). Sun even can make your way through your clothes!

* Sprays are better than lotions?

The ingredients are always the primary consideration When buying a sunscreen. After you've made a decision, choose the best for their children. Be sure to pay special attention to sensitive areas such as nose, ears and previously unexposed skin.

* Beware when changing Marks

Try the new sun in a small area sensitive skin to see if that causes a rash. A small blemish on an upper arm on the inside works well. If no rash develops, usually one can assume it is safe to apply to the body of his son.

* No Trust Cloud Cover

A cloudy sky does not mean it is safe for spend hours outdoors without sunscreen. UVA and UVB rays bounce in the air of the water molecule to the molecule of water until they penetrate the cloud layer. The concentration of sunlight is reduced - but harmful rays are still there.

* The Sun does not care about the Equal Rights Amendment

Fair-skinned, blond girls are more likely to suffer from the harmful effects of sun are darker skinned or children, black. Parents of all children must be mindful, however. Even dark-skinned children will be adversely affected by the good ol 'Sol

* Increases the risk of global warming

Unless each one is developing (and sticking to) a rigid program of sun protection, global warming (accompanied by lighter clothing) will cause more damage from the sun each year.

Do not allow yourself or your children to become the stats!
